Funko makes pop-culture-themed collectible figures. A featured product, “Pop Yourself” allows customers to create a custom Pop figure by selecting each piece of the figure to be built and purchased at their flagship stores. The product complexities made it difficult for customers to complete a Pop figure without the help of a customer service employee. We designed an in-store app that would allow customers to create their Pop digitally, easily navigating the required pieces and complex dependencies. This significantly reduced the amount of time customers had to wait in line for their custom Pop!
